Vishal Mega Mart, one of the Indian hypermarket chains with a huge focus on fashion, has been revolutionizing retailing in India since its inception in the year 2001. Fashion that stylish yet not priced in the sky has created an exciting opportunity for serving an all-inclusive target market within Womens, Mens, and Kids. The brand extends its value proposition from the Clothing division to Home and Kitchen appliances and travel gear. A very strong Food and Groceries section with a good range of all essential FMCG products, including personal care and household items.

As of December 31, 2023, Vishal Mega Mart has a strong franchise network of 589 stores in over 350 cities covering more than 10.6 million square feet of retail space. The footprint therefore ensures access for millions of shoppers to everyday needs and lifestyle upgrades.

Strategic Growth and Ownership:
The acquisition of a majority stake by Switzerlands Partners Group and Indias Kedaara Capital in 2018 was the transformative journey that helped Vishal Mega Mart become the growth engine and the efficiency machine that it is today.
